La Maison Privée is a private members experience.
Access to events is strictly by private invitation or approved request only.
This is not a public event, and submission of a request does not guarantee access.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any request at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide justification.
2. Right of Admission
La Maison Privée reserves the right of admission at all times.
Entry may be refused or revoked if a guest does not align with the values, atmosphere, or guidelines of the experience.
Respectful behavior is mandatory. Any form of harassment, aggressive conduct, or disrespect toward other guests or staff will result in immediate removal without refund.
3. Participation & Responsibility
Participation in La Maison Privée events is entirely voluntary.
Guests attend at their own discretion and responsibility.
La Maison Privée is not responsible for personal interactions, decisions, or outcomes arising from participation in the experience.
4. Reservations & Payments
Access to an event may require confirmation of attendance and reservation once an invitation is granted.
Payments are processed securely via approved payment platforms.
By completing a reservation, the guest confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• If La Maison Privée cancels an event, guests will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
• If a guest cancels or fails to attend after confirming a reservation, no refund will be issued, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
If the event date is changed by the organizer and the new scheduled date does not suit the client, the client is entitled to request a full refund. The refund will be issued upon request within a reasonable timeframe after the date change has been officially communicated.
6. Privacy & Discretion
Discretion is a fundamental value of La Maison Privée.
Guests are expected to respect the privacy and anonymity of all participants.
Photography, recording, or sharing of content related to the event is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized.
7. Modifications
La Maison Privée reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The version published on the website at the time of participation shall apply.
8. Acceptance of Terms Upon Payment
By completing the payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy of La Maison Privée. The payment constitutes full acceptance of all policies, rules, and participation conditions related to the event.
